Shipping Policy
How much is shipping?
Depending on your order, feel free to contact us for exact shipping rates as each product we offer is different in size and weight.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, no.
I haven't received my order yet.
Orders do not ship with tracking unless tracked shipping is purchased within the same order. Wild One Boutique is not responsible for delayed orders due to shipping service provider delays.
My order was returned to sender.
Any and all "Return to Sender" packages that incur due to a faulty address, business closure, or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer. If reshipment is requested in these cases, customers are required to pay additional shipping fees to reship.
My order was lost in the mail.
If a package is lost in the mail, it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package is lost or stolen, customers must file a report with their local post office before contacting Wild One Boutique. When contacting Wild One Boutique, please provide proof of the lost or stolen package report filed. Replacement of lost or stolen packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. Wild One Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.
I accidentally provided an incorrect shipping address.
If the order has not shipped yet, please contact Wild One Boutique to correct the shipping address. If the order has already shipped, Wild One Boutique is not liable to replace the order. It is the customerβs responsibility to provide a correct shipping and billing address.
